The following policy applies to items fulfilled directly by Paramount Games.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Select limited-edition and made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final sale items will be clearly noted on the product page prior to purchase.

If a product is not marked as final sale, our standard 30-day return policy applies. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Some items available on this site are fulfilled by other retailers. To the extent you purchase from another retailer, their shipping and return policies apply.

Shipping Information

Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS once your order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information entered at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Our support team will do our best to assist where possible.
